What is a SaaS Gateway?

Unlike other providers, which tunnel all internet traffic to their VPN servers, we tunnel only SaaS traffic to gateways dedicated for your use. These gateways use Network Address Translation (NAT) so that the IP address of the traffic reaching your SaaS applications gets the static IP address of the gateway, which is then whitelisted to allow logins.

Does the device create a VPN tunnel to the SaaS Gateway?

No, the device creates a tunnel to the closest data center of our VPN service provider. The traffic is then routed to the closest SaaS Gateway within a private network.

How are users counted?

A user is a person whose devices can connect to the Gatekeeper service. A username identifies a user in our system. Each provisioned username in the system is counted as a user.

When can I add or remove users?

Additional users can be added at any time and are prorated for the remainder of the term. Users can be deactivated at any time but will incur charges until the end of the term.

Why is the number of devices per user limited?

We limit the number of devices per user to five so that we can effectively plan the capacity needed for our SaaS Gateways. Exceptions are granted on a case-by-case basis.

Are there countries that you do not serve?

Our service may not work in countries that block the use of VPNs, such as China.

In which countries are your data centers located?

Our service provider's data centers are located in the USA, Canada, Belgium, England, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Republic of Ireland, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Australia, India, Japan, Republic of Singapore, Israel, South Africa, and Brazil.
